With a single operations platform for internal communication and task management, SARA helps hotels or apartments to provide excellent guest service. Its mobile application is intended for your staff to create and manage real-time service requests (maintenance, housekeeping, concierge…) and communicate as a team. New requests are dispatched to appropriate groups of people: technicians, HK manager, security manager, GM… with real-time notifications. When a staff member receives a request, he can accept or assign it to another person or group (housekeeping, Technicians…) who will also receive a notification in real time. If no one has accepted or closed this request within a predefined period, notifications are sent automatically to the next level of managers.
